Exceptional Individuals is a socially responsible enterprise that endeavors to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce by partnering with neurodivergent and dyslexic job seekers in London. Our aim is to provide comprehensive support to our candidates in order to help them achieve their career goals. Our support starts from the very beginning, with CV preparation and interview coaching, and continues throughout the entire process, with long-term workplace guidance.
