If your attendee needs another copy of their registration receipt via email, you can easily resend the confirmation.

To do so:

1. Select “Order Report” from the Quick Actions menu located next to your event

2. Locate the attendee in the report and select “Resend Confirmation Email” from the Quick Actions menu located in the header of the order

3. Enter the recipient’s email address and select “Send”

Your attendee will receive an exact duplicate of the registration confirmation email that was originally sent to them at the time of registration.
