Tim Martin
Over the course of ten years, Timothy Martin has made a name for himself in the basketball world as being one of the youngest coaches to display expertise in player development skills. A native of Dallas, Texas, Coach Martin has worked closely with NBA teams, Universities and the G-League Texas Legends along with some of the most elite NBA players in the league today, ranging but not limited to, Phoenix Suns Jawun Evans, Atlanta Hawks Trae Young, Boston Celtics Robert Williams, and among others. Coach Martin's vast knowledge in basketball development aided 8 of his former players to successfully compete in the McDonald's All American Games in the last 3 years. His proficiency and dedication to further develop his craft have allowed him to travel to countries like China, South Korea, France and all over the USA to host camps becoming a lead speaker at several coaching clinics in various provinces.
In addition to being one of Nike's Eybl 17U top former head coaches in the country, he holds wide recognition in Dime Magazine, Slam Magazine, Complex Magazine, Sporting News and Washington Post. He is also the director and filmmaker behind the documentary series called “The Beautiful Struggle" which was created with the intent to motivate individuals to embrace the beauty within their own struggles. Thanks to his rigorous workouts, over 1,150 players from all over the world have been able to use his training sessions to reach their maximum potential in athlete advancement. Coach Martin’s outcome-based philosophy, hardwork and consistency, has proven to be the “gold standard” for successful player development skill all across the board.
