Hi! We’re Roxy & Sue Ann, co-founders of The Flow of Life Yoga

We offer inclusive prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, Embodied Birth Education classes, 85hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings, doula and birthworker trainings, and workshops.

Our pillars are functional movement, evidence-based childbirth education and inclusivity. We believe that the future is COMMUNITY CONNECTION, so all of our classes include time to connect with your pregnant or postpartum peeps!

Flow of Life offers approachable, functional movement for any person on the fertility spectrum - as well as trainings to help birthworkers offer this inclusive and embodied support.
