Tanja’s extensive knowledge in retail management allows her to truly understand the intricacies of business management and customer service. One of her career defining moments was being a part of the team that took Pacific Boarder from $700,000 to $7,000,000 in annual sales over a seven-year period.

Driven by her strong desire to develop as an entrepreneur and to dramatically elevate an industry that badly needed a kick in the butt, in 2006 Tanja created Powell Painting. Her exceptional customer service and passion for painting helped grow Powell Painting from a small startup to a powerful North Shore business. Keen to expand and grow her business to new heights, in 2014 Tanja joined Build To Rock, a branding and business growth coaching program by LeapZone Strategies to help Powell Painting reach its pinnacle.

True to her nature, Tanja has taken on a new challenge. Through her personal development, Tanja discovered MindValley and Vishen Lakhiani’s book, The Code of the Extraordinary Mind. Inspired by Mindvalley’s philosophy, she was accepted as a Mindvalley Master Certified Trainer. A program designed for individuals, teachers, educators, coaches and experts who wish to impact the world in a positive way.
