Space Coast Freedivers

My name is Jennifer Morgan. I am the Founder of Space Coast Freedivers.

Freediving has always been an interest of mine since first seeing the movie "Big Blue" as a little girl. It was not until my husband took employment in 2017 on the Space Coast of Florida that I finally began my journey towards what has now become a Vision to bring the Best of Freediving to Mainstream America.

While being a full-time Homeschool Mom to my beautiful Autistic Daughter, I built my organization from the ground up. I committed to earning 9 Freediving Certifications in 2 years, consistently seeking the wisdom of established Elites, and promoting opportunities for Education, Conservation, and Community Outreach.

Space Coast Freedivers now consists of over 380 Professional Athletes, Educators, and Brands.

It wasn't long before my Vision began to grow beyond this fundamental foundation. Space Coast Freedivers is partnered with game changers and Purpose Driven organizations such as Waihana, 4Ocean, MANG, Octopus, TillValhalaProject, Mission22, Autism Awareness, and most recently Captains for Clean Water & Stream2Sea. We are just getting started!

In early 2022, I created " Impact Through Education”, a Live series where Experts from the Freediving Community Shared Their knowledge via Live Interviews. It was from my 1st Interview with World Record Holder Walid Boudhiaf, that I was inspired to take a huge leap and create our 1st Conference.

January 18-22nd, 2023, I will be hosting 20+ carefully selected Expert Speakers from within the Freediving and Dive Science Community in Cocoa Beach, Florida. World and Continental Record holders, Leading Multi-media Entrepreneurs, Scientists, Doctors, and Top Freediving Technology Designers will guide our attendees through Seminars with Q&A, Practical Applications, & Workshops.

Choosing the location of Cocoa Beach was easy in that not only is it where I live and have a deeply rooted connection to local industry and communities, it happens to be one of the larger centers for tourism in the state. Additionally, it happens to be one of the most beautiful of locations in January with its mild temperatures and pristine beaches.

Almost immediately upon sharing of my vision to create this Event, support came flooding in. Throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic, there were no Conferences. This will literally be the 1st multi-faceted Freediving Event offered in North America and very easily accessible.

While investing in planning this Conference, I often thought of what we should focus on afterwards.

I decided to create our new Affiliate “321Freedive” with the sole purpose of bringing Freediving Excellence in Education to Communities that may not otherwise have the accessibility or funding.

In 2023, 321Freedive will host Regional Freediving Events partnering with the best Dive Shops, Instructors, and Brands to build and support the industry from within promoting Safety and Education. We will provide Scholarships, Grants, and Sponsorships as part of our commitment to Community outreach.
