Monique Phifer is an accomplished speaker, trainer, educator, and therapist with over 25 years of experience in social work and mental health services.

Ms. Phifer utilizes her compassion, dedication, and drive to improve and elevate many lives. Her thorough and evolutionary expertise has allowed her to serve in various roles in the public and private sectors of social services. These crucial roles include serving as a consultant, workshop facilitator, transformational speaker, mental health therapist, grief educator, and life coach.

In 2015, her commitment to service and transforming lives one conversation at a time; led her to create Solutions for the Silent LLC. It is a personal development company that offers mental health counseling, life coaching, and training. In addition, she implemented Healing from the Inside Out Conference. This conference centers on enriching the whole person and is held annually.

Her love of serving led her to become a certified grief educator by completing a certificate program by world renowned grief expert David Kessler. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Youngstown State University and a master’s in Social Work (MSW) from The Ohio State University. She is licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage, and Family Therapist Board as an independent social worker with training supervision designation (LISW-S).

Monique is the author of Let’s Heal, a workbook that leads the reader to a place of healing from the inside out. Monique resides in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
