Tina King is a master trainer and accomplished business coach. She has formed this alliance to help other agents succeed in the business of real estate. She also enjoys working as a team.

Tina King was a top producing real estate agent in her native Arizona and Southern California before

turning to coaching, where her passion for partnering with agents to develop strategies to increase their

productivity has had a profound effect at several major real estate companies. Among her many

professional accomplishments, Tina trained, coached and managed new and seasoned agents in six

market centers of the Southern California regional office of Keller Williams Realty. She also created a

successful agent training program – later incorporated in the company’s national model – that boosted

agent production and gross company sales by 235 percent in her first year. She managed, recruited, and

trained agents in business development as the San Diego district director for ZipRealty taking that

company from a negative 1mil in revenue to over 8.5 mil to the positive all in one year at the helm.

Most recently, Tina worked with another top agent to build one of the top performing teams The Brand

Realty with Real Broker from 2 people to over 70 agents and an operations team in just over 4 years.

At this time Tina is in the top 200 agents over all other agents in San Diego County in production.

Tina’s strengths are getting newer agents into productivity fast, turning teams and brokerages

around from loss to profit. Coaching team leaders, broker owners to build the proper systems for onboarding,

productivity, culture and agent attraction in order to grow and scale.
