Puente Hills Landfill Park
Puente Hills Landfill Park is a historic project of the Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Department, in coordination with the LA County Sanitation Districts, LA County Department of Public Works, the County Supervisor's office, to turn one of America's largest former landfills into a world-class regional park for the surrounding community.
The project design and consultant team is led by Studio-MLA, with support from The Robert Group, Active SGV, Nature for All, Kounkuey Design Initiative, and involvement from a variety of community-based organizations.
