McGaughey CPF, IOM is headquartered in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  Principal of ChamberMentor.com and ActivatingPeople.com, Patrick is a professional speaker and consultant to Chambers of Commerce across the country.  He presents regional and national training for Chamber of Commerce Executives, Membership Directors and volunteers to learn techniques and strategies for increasing membership sales for their Chamber of Commerce. 

Pat was a faculty member for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management for 20 years,  and brings 30+ years of veteran experience in organization management, leading sales teams, and facilitating strategic and tactical plans for Chambers of Commerce across the United States.
