Gayle C. Fowler is an engaging and enthusiastic family advocate. She is a trainer, speaker, and coach. She provides engagement training and programs to educate and equip parents, families, organizations, and schools to develop trusting relationships, empathetic awareness, and compassionate partnership teams. The result is nurturing families and homes, enhanced two-way communication, academic success, and positive child well-being.

Gayle provides professional development and employee engagement training to build staff capacity, optimize employee value, and increase staff productivity. She brings a unique perspective and understanding of family dynamics and how to bridge the work and home balance, environments, and systems.

She is a National Nurturing Parenting and National Nurturing Fatherhood Trainer and Consultant, a Triple P parenting trainer, and marriage and relationship facilitator for several nationally recognized and evidence-based programs. Gayle is a certified mediator and parent coordinator, certified Five Languages of Appreciation trainer, and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
