One Moon Doula has a track record of recruiting and mentoring quality Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care Specialists to serve families in San Diego county. Over the years, by serving hundreds of families and contributing to the professional growth and development of a growing team of Postpartum Doulas, our agency is in a unique position to offer comprehensive and top-notch professional development and doula support to Postpartum Doulas. This offering will serve to enhance the perinatal profession far and wide, by providing guidance and empowerment for new and aspiring doulas and therefore impacting the quality of care they provide to families all over the world.

Many doulas leave their training uncertain how to continue their growth and education. They crave connection with other doulas to process best practices and client situations. They love their work but don't always love every aspect of running a business. In addition, we all crave coaching and mentorship to help us keep tabs on how we're doing, no matter how many years of experience one has. We now offer all of this support via a monthly membership format, The Doula Membership. Events listed here can be accessed for free by members, or purchased individually via Eventbrite by non members.
