A congregation of community Mental Health Service Providers and Supporters, gathering since 2014 to discuss ways to improve communication, service provision excellence and collaboration.  NEWCO's goals include the exploration of viable strategies around developing a community-designed Continuum of Care that encompasses Early Intervention and Mental Health Enhancement, and Crisis Management and Prevention.
