The Maryland MEP (MD MEP) is a 501© 3 organization funded through the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program and the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development to grow and strengthen manufacturers throughout the State of Maryland.

The mission of the Maryland MEP partnership is to grow manufacturing in Maryland by making Maryland’s manufacturers more profitable and more competitive. As the only federally funded program in Maryland and the State’s leading strategic advisor to Maryland manufacturers, the MD MEP promotes business growth and connects manufacturers to public and private resources, expertise and assistance that is essential for increased competitiveness and profitability.

Envision Excellence, LLC is a professional executive coaching and leadership development consulting firm founded by Laurie Maddalena, a former executive of a $450 million credit union. Laurie created Envision Excellence to provide organizations with solutions and support in achieving greater success for their individuals and the global organization. Laurie’s passion lies in assisting the development of good organizations into exceptional organizations.
