Marline founded MCD BE to help women bring their dreams and goals to reality. After surviving a 15-year infertility journey while cultivating a polished professional career as the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held company in the healthcare setting, Marline is on a mission to give back to her fellow women cohorts. In addition to being a successful Chief Financial Officer, Marline is also a CPA, Business Leadership Executive, Educator, Entrepreneur and Doctoral candidate, Fertility and Empowerment Coach. She can now add Author and Speaker to her list of accomplishments. What started off as an outlet to cope and express her feelings while dealing with Infertility and child loss, has resulted in her first published work, titled “It’ll Happen By 30: A Relentless Journey of Faith | Delayed but not Denied.”
Marline was born in sunny Miami, FL to Haitian immigrant parents and allowed the pursuit of education to steer her path in life. Becoming an entrepreneur has now catapulted Marline to the next phase of her life, helping, empowering and supporting women on their career, personal and life's journey. She does this by hosting events that help women gain confidence, overcome life's challenges, and meet the goals on their vision boards. Women Matter - always remember that!
As a product of mentorship, Marline serves as a mentor, coach, and motivational leader for those she takes under wing or make the decision to work with her to achieve their goals. This includes thriving in your career, building and maintaining healthy relationships, learning to take accountability, being empowered to have confidence, achieving set goals, and personal development.
To know her is to learn from her! Marline is a living example of the inherent powers women possess to look like's challenges in the face and succeed despite them anyway!
