Lyvonne Copeland

Lyvonne Copeland is a best-selling author, teacher, speaker, and certified Christian life coach, with more than seven years of experience working as a ministry leader for women. Lyvonne has a heart for women who are physically, mentally, and emotionally disconnected. Women who have found themselves on spiritual life support because they have allowed the craziness of life to disconnect them from the promises of God.  Her desire is to help women gain an understanding of their value, worth and God given purpose. Lyvonne will help women identify the warning signs, remove the disconnects and reconnect with that woman they forgot mattered. Her illustrated teachings and voice allows them to connect life events and biblical instruction. She will assist them in identifying the silent reminders of their life’s purpose, implement strategies that will develop a renewed mindset while activating their spirit of Selfishness.  Lyvonne aims to equip women with the power that is found when they reconnect with their purpose and reclaim the promises of God.

 

Lyvonne is the founder and creator of the #IamSelfish Facebook community. Where women are challenged to view themselves as a priority in their lives.  #IamSelfish was birthed out of one of her signature teachings, Guiltless Selfishness. Guiltless Selfishness allows women to redefine the way they have been conditioned to view the word Selfish.

 

Lyvonne has authored two books; The Reminder: Reconnecting With the Forgotten You and The Road to 45: Life Lessons.  She is also a co-author of Diary of a People Pleaser.
