At Let It Out Wellbeing CIC, our mission is to help individuals become the best versions of themselves while addressing issues such as low confidence/self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and social isolation. It is our aim to provide affordable, accessible and powerful therapeutic experiences to as many people in need as possible. We're a small team who operate this non-profit initiative because we feel so passionate about improving peoples mental wellbeing, whilst frustrated that more isn't being done despite the great demand we're currently facing in this world.

One of the biggest messages we want to get across is that you are not alone – our participants often find solace in the supportive community that embraces everyone's unique journey. Our facilitators are trained to foster a non-judgmental atmosphere, and your confidentiality is a top priority.

​It's also okay to take your time and share at your own pace. Many individuals have found strength and healing in the process, discovering that the shared experience can be incredibly empowering. We're here to support you every step of the way, creating a space where your voice is valued and your journey respected.

Our small, friendly, non-profit organisation is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore personal issues and develop essential skills for enhanced mental wellbeing.

The Courses:

The Let It Out Group Therapy Courses provide a safe haven for exploring personal issues through:

  • Talking therapy
  • Freedom of Expression
  • Coping Mechanisms
  • Therapeutic Art and Mindfulness Activities.

We run a series of standalone one day workshops known as the 'Discover Me' series, plus two longer length, more in-depth courses - Elevate (Level One) and Thrive (level 2: Thrive is only available to those who have completed level One, Elevate, this is because of the more in-depth nature of the content) - find out more about these here: https://letitout.help/courses.html
