Joey Tenuta & Jim Padilla

Joey Tenuta is an Assistant Professor of Management at Carthage College and an entrepreneur. He has launched several businesses and also authored a related book, The Starting BluPrint: What You Can Expect When Starting Your Own Business. Joey leads our new program in Healthcare Administration, and has created a new course in Project Management. Joey is a Kenosha native and currently resides here with his family.

Jim Padilla is the Dean of the School of Business & Economics. In addition to this 20 years in higher education, he worked for 23 years in the sports and entertainment insurance industry. He oversaw the launch of two specialty insurance brokerages, merging the later with a firm in Merrillville, IN. Jim is a native of Hickory Hills, IL and currently resides in Kenosha with this family.
