Indianapolis Public Safety Pipes and Drums

Indianapolis Public Safety Pipes and Drums has been the host pipe band for FDIC since it arrived in Indianapolis almost 20 years ago. The group is proud of the open concept they created by allowing pipers and drummers from around the world to come and participate in this annual event.
