It all begins with a spark. Stefanie pursues a yogic lifestyle, she practices and organised retreats by herself. Encouraging people to connect body & mind through the use of breath. During her pursuit of sharing her practices she connected with likeminded teachers.

Together we, Alexandra, Julia, Lotte and Stefanie, joined forces. In collaboration we co-create Holistic Retreats that enable you to nourish your body, mind and soul.
