Events By Vic is female- and minority-owned and operated. Headquartered in Alexandria, VA, USA (10 minutes from Washington, DC), Events By Vic has satellite locations in Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, and Madrid, Spain.

Events By Vic organizes, manages, promotes, and hosts fun, classy, elevated and memorable events and experiences such as seminars, retreats, conferences, group trips, and guided tours in the US, France, Spain, and other locations around the world - we are not limited by geography. Since 2016, Vic, Founder & Owner of Events By Vic, also specialize in planning, leading, and hosting trips to exciting destinations such as ski resorts, New York City, Miami, Myrtle Beach, and Paris, France. Events By Vic also specialize in event decorating and event staffing, and we partner with an artisan in Maryland, USA, who creates and provides personalized gift baskets for many of our events for both decoration and for purchase. Our expert Event Planning Team, with over 17 years of collective experience in planning and hosting events, is highly capable in helping you, your company, or organization plan your next event, whether big or small, or whether your event is in your backyard, or as far as away as Japan.
