Mrs. Earlene Heno a.k.a Mz P-Cola, was born and raised right here in the beautiful beach location of Pensacola, Florida. She launched Steppin’ By The Bay in 2022 and has had 2 successful years, back to back, where a host of family and friends from near and far joined together to dance, mingle and have fun on one of the best beaches in Florida, Chicago Style. Mrs. P-Cola’s mission is to bring more light and love for the Chicago Style Stepping into her city.
