Donna Zubrod

Donna Zubrod is an educator, massage therapist, and birth doula who is passionate about teaching and treating reproductive health. For over a decade she has creatively blended her experience in Abdominal Therapy and Holistic Reproductive Health in workshops that empower clients and students to embrace body literacy and self-care practices that nurture and heal body, mind, emotions, and spirit. For the past 12 years, she has worked with over 1000 pregnant people/couples in her private practice Seven Generation Reproductive Wellness located in Apex, NC. She also educates professional therapists in the art and skill of Abdominal Therapy both locally and internationally.

Donna is proud to be one of the founders of the Abdominal Therapy Collective, Inc., an organization dedicated to bringing healing of the physical and emotional body with Abdominal Therapy.
