Cultivate was founded by Taneka Johnson, a life-long hustler, tenacious entrepreneur, and Industrial Organizational psychology expert.

Johnson earned her degree in Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology from Capella University, all while paying her way by running and supporting numerous online businesses.

Her mission is to provide opportunities for growth by freeing solopreneurs from the limitations of working in isolation by implementing systems and processes that bring ease, flow, and connectivity to teams while enhancing the collaborative spirit and culture within the business.
