Community Equity Foundation of Sonoma County

Community Equity Foundation is dedicated to promoting community wellness and togetherness, and serving Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and other marginalized groups. We celebrate diversity through cultural events and workshops, and as a grassroots organization, we provide essential resources to those in need.
