LaDonna Farrish is the Co-Founder and President of Wharton|Farrish Incorporated, an organization designed to optimize personal development and business performance through adaptive learning facilitation and blended training techniques.
Her extensive and diverse experiences include more than 25 years of Fortune 500, Non-Profit and Municipal Government leadership, specifically in the strategic planning and tactical execution of General Human Resources practices. With fifteen years of Quality Assurance Management experience, auditing adherence to Food and Drug Administration policies and procedures; developing new customer relationship management models, and implementing Change and Project Management for capital acquisitions, LaDonna leverages her experience to identify and create opportunities for growth and development within the business sector.
Vocationally, she has designed and facilitated courses related to business, quality control, continuous improvement, human factors, risk management, and technical writing. A renowned scholar, she also expertly provides transition assistance and career and life coaching. Additionally, LaDonna is routinely sought to create and deliver training on sensitive social and religious topics.
LaDonna is an honors graduate with a master’s degree in Divinity from Duke University, a bachelor’s in Political Science and Communications from Saint Augustine's College and holds Project Management Certification from NC State University. Although she is vocationally adept, her passion is facilitating the study of God’s Word.
LaDonna has years of experience in parish ministry, pastoral care, counseling, hospice, and working with a diverse population. She has counseled persons on spiritual matters and those undergoing difficulties in their lives or facing end-of-life issues. She has assessed spiritual needs regarding anxiety, fear of death, fear of poor health, and a broad range of other issues and concerns. She has worked with individuals from a variety of faith and non-faith backgrounds and is amply positioned to facilitate meaningful dialog around resilience and the tools one can rely on in difficult times. This work, more than any other, has stoked the flames of her passion for God’s Word as she feels it is the balm for all ails.
