Jen & I moved our 26+ Year Real Estate business from RE/MAX, after being with that amazing brokerage for 19 years, to eXp Realty because we saw the vision of a company that wanted to change the lives of Realtors! The founder of eXp Realty, Glen Sanford, believed that agents and brokers do the heavy lifting in real estate and deserve the benefits of being shareholders and having income based on the level of their contribution.

This led to us moving from a Traditional Brokerage to a new Modern Brokerage that provides us with a platform to pour into helping agents grow their Real Estate careers! THIS is when our "Raising the Bar Together" group was created!! Jen & I work hard to provide value to all of the agents who choose to be a part of our “Raising the Bar Together” eXp Realty Organization. It is a platform where Agents Lift Agents!
