Calm Collective Meditation
Calm Collective is organized by Greg Wilson, a certified meditation instructor dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of mindfulness. His personal meditation journey began 15 years ago. After experiencing profound calm during a guided visualization, he started meditating daily. Inspired by the impact of his personal practice on his own anxiety, he now is determined to share his experience with others. He believes that everyone, regardless of their background or experience level, can benefit from the calming influence of meditation. Greg now regularly hosts meditation groups to help empower individuals to cultivate their own practice and embark on a journey towards inner peace and wellness.
