Bruce Wayne McLellan
My burning aspiration is to make a better world for our great-grandchildren, one overachiever at a time. I do for adults what Mr. Rogers did for children. I introduce them to the best version of themselves. I help overachievers not feel alone as they face uncertainty. I guide people in becoming good neighbors and renew a sense of belonging. I help them explore their limitless potential. And I help them reconnect to a child-like sense of wonder.
I have spent the last two decades helping people to answer basic questions about life. We all need answers to important questions like, “What is my highest priority? In what ways should I invest my time? Where should I focus? In what areas should I develop my potential?” And perhaps most pointedly, “how do I create a good life, a life worth living?”
My top core values include WELLBEING, Being my best empowers me to do my best; WELCOMING, Unconditionally accepting who you are and who you may become; MINDFULNESS, Paying attention as if my life depended upon it. IMAGINATION, Envisioning a better world; and MASTERY, Passionately seeking lifelong learning.
By integrating knowledge gleaned from a broad spectrum of thought leaders, by looking for the best in people, and by challenging our basic assumptions; I serve as an inspirational and versatile catalyst for personal and organizational transformation by innovating solutions designed to enhance lives, businesses, and society.
My relevant experience includes: fifty years as a meditation teacher; fifty years as a songwriter and storyteller; forty years program development and training; thirty years in Corporate America as IT consultant and project manager; eighteen years’ experience as a personal leadership coach; seven years as an author; nine days living on a mountain in Tanzania, Africa summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro. I am a loving husband, father, grandfather, a friend to all and a grateful world citizen.
