Bradford and Airedale Mental Health Advocacy Group

BAMHAG provide have been providing user led mental health advocacy services since 1989 in Bradford and Airedale. We have developed over the years and until recently provided differing advocacy services, mainly focussed on mental health, both statutory and non statutory within the district. BAMHAG remains very true to its user led ethos and this remains the heart of all the work we undertake. Due to all advocacy being recently put in to one contracted and commissioned to a national advocacy provider, BAMHAG are looking to reassess its user led ethos and revisit why we were set up in the fist place, aiming to get the unheard, heard.
