Bobbi Coates

Bobbi Coates is the Special Education and Flint ReCAST Project Coordinator at Legal Services of Eastern Michigan. Her work includes education advocacy for children with learning disabilities and special education needs, furthering trauma-informed approaches, and promoting resiliency within the Flint community.
