The Team-Based Approach - BA is a team of individuals that get the opportunity to learn every single day, most guests will have more than just their own stylist working on them, this is to ensure quality for each guest and to ensure services can be done in a timely manner. If it is your preference to have the service performed in its entirety by your stylist simply let us know at the time of booking the reservation.

Through our Core Values, it is our mission to provide you with an excellent experience from the moment you walk in, to the moment you reserve your next appointment with us. We offer high-quality hair care products, services, and luxury experiences no matter what service you choose!

Our salon is designed based on a level system of education from beginners (apprentices or assistants) to Master Stylists. It is mandatory for every level to take in-house or out-of-state classes in order to provide our Guests with the latest trends in our industry.

We also come from a place of love, we want EVERYONE to feel beautiful from the inside out. We are a family and enjoy having our guests be part of it! This is where we offer in-house training classes that include small beverages and hors d’oeuvre while teaching our guests how to style their hair and what products to use and why- also known as Styling Lab.

From here we offer so much more- our Bridal and Editorial Team. Bridal is our passion. We offer both on-location hair and makeup services as well as in-house. We have a VIP room specifically designed to host wedding parties. We love cherishing and capturing the happiest moments with you and your bridal party. As for our Editorial Team, we have taken a leap of faith as we push ourselves to achieve greatness through acknowledged publications in magazines such as, “Imirage'' and entering awards like NAHA ( North American Hairstyling Award) and SOYA (Stylist of the Year Award).

Seems like a lot of wonderful beauty here right? Well, that’s not all, as our team grows so do our services! Throughout the year we will be offering new services such as Body Waxing, Microblading, facial aesthetics, spray tanning, and the ability to book out our VIP room for special occasions along with our current services. Here is a recap of the current services we provide: Hair Extensions, Lash Extensions, Eyelash lifts and Tints, Facial Waxing, All Color Services, Perms, Conditioning Treatments, Men’s Grooming, and Haircuts.
