Associates for Human Services, Inc.

Associates for Human Services, Inc. (AHS) is a not-for-profit agency founded in 1974 to meet a wide range of human services needs in Attleboro, Brockton, Fall River, New Bedford, Norton and the Greater Taunton Area (Taunton, Raynham, Dighton, Norton, Attleboro, Rehoboth, Lakeville, Middleboro, Seekonk, and Berkley).

AHS provides support services for infants and toddlers, youth, adults, and seniors experiencing developmental disabilities or delays, as well as families struggling economically, in our four programs:

• Early Intervention serves children, birth to age 3, with developmental disabilities or delays

• Early Head Start serves low-income families with children, birth to age 3; and pregnant women

• Taunton Area School to Career provides a necessary linkage between school and the world of work, career, and life through activities such as Job Shadowing, Student Internships, and the Career Mentor Program.

• Wise Adult Day Health is a day support and adult day health service for adults over the age of 55 with developmental disabilities or health related issues.
