Welcome to San Diego Yoga for Scoliosis I created this group to help others find pain relief and community through yoga.
My classes incorporate Schroth breathing techniques with yoga poses for alignment, elongation, and traction. I have a 200-hour yoga certification and additional certifications in Restore and Renew, Yoga for Scoliosis, and Happy Back Yoga.
I have a moderate S curve and use yoga + Schroth breathing exercises to reduce pain and stabilize my curve.
