Amy Christensen

Amy is a forest bathing guide, an energy healer and movement specialist, using her training from the Mindful Tourist, the Energy Healing Institute and Quantum Touch, along with her training in Laban Movement Analysis, and Nonviolent Communication. She creates a safe space for her clients, giving them a feeling of comfort and ease and letting them settle into themselves.

Amy started her adult career in Visual Effects and Animation work, working on feature films and tv series. And after experiencing frequent burnout, she started to discover ways of connecting to her body and with nature that she realized didn't just help her physically feel better, but mentally as well. Amy went through the certification program in Laban Movement Analysis where she learned how to analyze movement, and how to see movement as basic qualities, and learned to see how that becomes meaning to us. She then continued her training in Energy Healing, which included learning how we carry our beliefs, our emotions, our being around with us and in us, in our Astral and Etheric body. Amy learned how to clear those parts of us to help us progress forward to who we strive to be.

Combining these tools with Nonviolent Communication, which looks at feelings and our base human needs. This has helped to give her an incredible depth into seeing each individual's unique ways in how we move, think and work in our day to day world.
