Alex Casares

Alex is a 32 year old woman born and raised in the Poconos. After a lifetime of loss, personal traumas, abusive/codependent relationships, substance abuse, and suicide attempts, she has made it her life’s mission to journey to the center of self and to love that self wholly. A little bit about Alex as a healing practitioner: she currently has 11 certifications for energy work in Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki III, NLP Life Coach, Quantum Shifting, Shamanic Healing and Journeying, Zero Point Activations, Eye Movement Integration, Integrative Holistic and Energy Healing, DNA Encoding and Activation, Medical Intuitive, and Psychedelic Language and Encoding. She was a camp counselor for 15 years, has 3 years of experience working with adults in addictions treatment and mental health facilities, is a successful tattoo artist, multi-faceted musician, and poet, and has multiple years of experience in one on one and group facilitation in a therapeutic setting. It has been her life’s calling to bring healing to others in a way that feels safe, fun, and dynamic and geared specifically to those she works with. Her kindness and fortitude to serve others is unwavering, and she hopes to empower all those she encounters on their own personal journey of self love.
