The ones crafting a better way forward — built on reciprocity, restoration, regeneration, and respect. A forgotten interconnected enchantment bestowed by mother earth herself. DANA DAVIS (LEAD DAYDREAMER): Dana’s passion has always been rooted in elevating collective healing, and a belief that in order to heal the planet and our communities, we must firstly heal ourselves. She has dedicated the last 10 years of her life teaching yoga and mindfulness across California, and working in corporate sustainability — spanning all business sizes from small/medium sized B Corps and multinationals alike. Outside of business hours, you can find Dana practicing yoga & meditation, traveling, and spending time with loved ones outside in nature.

LINDSEY TOD (LEAD PLAYMAKER): Lindsey is a business leader, culture builder, and storyteller in sunny San Diego. She has dedicated her career to scaling purpose-driven brands, spanning from startups to B-Corps to big tech. Finding herself in the blend of adventure, service, and storytelling, Lindsey's favorite ventures to-date have included a Forbes-featured tea-brand, a women's Employee Resource Group, and an award-winning short film. She likes to get sh*t done, especially at the intersection of people and planet. Outside of business hours, you can find Lindsey cuddling with her kittens, surfing, on the beach volleyball court, or maybe even hugging a tree.
