I feel what truly motivates me is my drive to live my purpose to help and connect with others in my personal & professional life in my day job and in my business too.

Not many of you know but My Mother sadly passed away from Lung Cancer despite not having smoked a single day in her life.

Whatever and whomever we surround ourselves with affects our overall health and well-being. This is where our workshop group plays an important role.

Our health also depends on what we eat and what we apply on our skin and hair. That is why I find that it is so important to include natural ingredients instead of the many synthetics used in many everyday products we use in our daily lives.
