Join us for an exciting workshop where students will learn useful skills for facilitation such as maintaining objectivity, fostering dissenting opinions, reading group needs, owning responsibility, overcoming road blocks, being authentic, and evoking participation all while directing an event or conversation.



Dr. Belina Chiu currently works as an Associate Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College. She graduated from Dartmouth in 1998 with a degree in Government, received her M.A. in International Negotiation & Educational Entrepreunship from Tufts University, and her Ed. D. in International Educational Development from Columbia.

In addition to working for Dartmouth's Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Dr. Belinda Chiu is a strengths-based strategist and coach. Experienced in strategic consulting, career coaching, training, facilitation, and leadership development, she incorporates a practice of inside-out mindfulness to help individuals find a positive and intentional alignment of natural strengths, attitudes, behaviors, thoughts, and consciousness for authentic living.
