Flexy Michelle is an enthusiastic and experienced yoga and barre instructor. She has been doing yoga for 23 years. Her first love was yoga, then pole fitness, and then she was introduced to the world of contortion and absolutely loves working on flexibility, tricks, and floorwork! She was the first person to introduce Alpaca Yoga to Manitoba! She now teaches Goat Yoga and Lamb Yoga! Flexy actually started teaching yoga as a volunteer for individuals with aphasia (mostly recovering stroke victims) and children with communication disorders, autism, and asperger's syndrome.
