WelcomeAbout me : I’m a French girl from the Alps and moved to Amsterdam in August 2019. I have been practicing yoga for 4 years and have recently qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher.Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular yogi all are welcome as the class will be guided in a way that is suitable for all levels.Classes will include Pranayama (breathing exercises ), meditation, warm up, yoga asanas and relaxation.Join me for yoga in the park to move, breath and relax your mind.
