Quality, Evidence-Based Education & AccessAs a BACE Certified Childbirth Educator, I will guide you through what to expect throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I explain unmedicated remedies, as well as medical tools that are available to a birthing person as they progress through the stages of labor. I will use my skills as a doula to share hands-on techniques, and advice on how to encourage labor to be more straightforward and calm. I will provide evidence based resources that help expectant parents make educated, informed decisions that are communicated effectively with care providers.Sliding scale and scholarships are ALWAYS available.
