Directions:

We are currently providing all of our trainings virtually using a live interactive webinar format through Microsoft Teams. However, for future reference, for the most accurate directions to our physical training facility, please refer to: https://tinyurl.com/rcerm35. If utilizing GPS, please be aware that different apps yield varying results. To access our building, you will want to turn onto Groves Rd. at the Shell gas station and then turn right into the Eastland Performance Academy parking lot. Continue going straight until you see the stop sign, where you will turn left and enter our parking area.

Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to registered participants within 24 hours of registering for the training. Participants will be provided with instructions to join the training at least one day prior to the training via email. Within one week of completion, each training participant will receive a personal CE certificate form with their name on it signed by the program administrator. Please review our Participant & Training Expectations for more information about our approach to virtual training and use of Microsoft Teams.

Cancellation Policy:You may cancel your registration any time up to one business day prior to and receive a full refund, minus EventBrite fees.  No refunds will be given for cancellation made with less than one business day notice.  Agencies are welcome to send a substitute participant in place of a registered participant if a registered participant cannot attend; this must be arranged in advance to ensure the participant receives the link to join the training.  In the event that a training is cancelled by MOPS, you will receive a full refund or a credit for a future workshop, whichever you desire.  Registration will be open until the Friday prior to each training at 8:00am; payment can be made at any time while registration is open. 

 

Fees:

Please note that EventBrite assesses a registration and processing fee associated with the registration system. These fees are non-refundable.

 

Electronic Devices:

When trainings are held at our physical training facility, Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. provides access to internet services for training participants.  During the training, please limit the use electronic devices to activities that enhance the learning experience as opposed to personal/recreational activities.  When using such devices, please do so in such a way as to minimize disruption and with consideration for the presenter and other participants.  Throughout our trainings, we will occasionally take pictures to highlight our training activities.  These pictures may be posted on our social media platforms and/or used in other agency materials unless participants explicitly request otherwise. For virtual trainings, training sessions may be recorded, and all chats are archived within the meeting that the training is held.

 

Training Hours:Virtual sign-in begins at 8:45am. Please sign in at least 5 minutes early to ensure sufficient audio and video connection. For full-day trainings (9am-4pm), a 15 minute break will be given in the morning and afternoon in addition to a 30 minute lunch break, with snacks and meals on your own. For half day trainings (9am-1:15pm), a 15 minute break will be given approximately half way through the training. Full attendance will be required to receive a certificate of completion; no partial credits will be offered for individuals missing more than a total of fifteen (15) minutes course time.

Ohio Psychologists: Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. is approved by the Ohio Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. maintains responsibility for this program and its content. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. is offering this activity for continuing education credit. Full attendance is required; no partial credits will be offered for partial attendance.
