Charles River Public Internet Center

The Charles River Public Internet Center (CRPIC) is a nonprofit in Waltham, Massachusetts. We are both a community technology center serving over 20 communities and more than 2,000 people annually and a computer training facility for corporate and nonprofit clients.Our mission is to advance technology and internet literacy for adults and youth by empowering people with multiple technical skills.  We are licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Education to provide a large selection of computer classes on many software packages and applications. Our primary service area is Boston and Metrowest, however, we work with many organizations throughout Greater Boston and the New England region.

Our array of photography classes encourages students to explore many aspects of shooting and working with images. Shooting sessions along the Charles River offer wonderful opportunities to capture nature and cityscape images both by day and night, and our labs are fully equipped to let students to share and review work as well as manipulate pictures using Photoshop.  Visit www.crpic.org for the full catalog and schedule.
