The Touring Network

The Touring Network works with volunteer promoters to bring professional performing arts events to some of the most remote and beautiful places in Scotland. Previously Promoters Arts Network, the network is committed to developing rural touring as a central, celebrated and indispensable part of the cultural life of Scotland. The Touring Network exists to connect, support and represent those who enable professional cultural events in communities throughout the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. The Network does this through providing networking and information sharing opportunities for volunteers, connecting promoters and performers, strengthening skills and capacity, developing strategic programmes strands across the sector and working in partnership to stimulate and build the touring ecology.
