Hello everyone, I'm Caressa and I would love for you to come ZUMBA with me! I have been fighting the weight lose war for over 20 years. In 2003 I had weight lose surgery and lost 187 lbs. After 3 pregnancies and a sedative lifestyle I regained over 80 lbs. After the birth of my son in 2010, I found the ZUMBA fitness program. Thanks to ZUMBA fitness I have sexy curves I never thought possible and I have lost 45+lbs. The best part is, losing the weight has be so........much FUN.
