Virginia Diversity Network
The Virginia Diversity Network was created as an association for Virginia independent schools to help promote diversity within our individual school cultures. Each school year, the network offers a variety of workshops and programs for faculty and administration, as well as a space for honest dialogue about identity work and inclusion in our schools. The Virginia Diversity Network seeks to promote deeper understanding of diversity at individual schools and develops programming that explores the concepts of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, socioeconomic status, ability, and sexual orientation, among all other diverse dimensions.
