For 52 years, Silver Spring Neighborhood Center has been a building a safer, stronger neighborhood and community in Milwaukee's northwest side. The Center was founded on the settlement house model in 1958 to serve the residents of northwest Milwaukee and the neighboring communities. Located in the heart of Westlawn, the State of Wisconsin's largest low-income public housing development, Silver SpringNeighborhood Center serves this community as well as residents coming from many surrounding areas.
