Roberto Gonzalez

In July of 2007 I was paying $700/month to live in a tiny Williamsburg deathtrap. By December of that year I had purchased a gorgeous penthouse apartment in the same neighborhood. I still live there; but now I GET PAID to live there. And as my 'hood becomes more popular the value of my investment increases. I'm an artist at heart, so this kind of financial freedom has made a huge difference in my life. The plan works, and its not rocket science. You can be an artist or a stock broker: anyone can do it. I will show you how. :)

Rob Gonzalez has been featured on NBC's Today Show, in The New York Times, Time Out New York, The Real Deal, The Village Voice, Real Estate Weekly, Business Insider, Brokelyn and Mashable. He has won awards for his work in real estate every year since 2007. He believes that home ownership is for everyone - not just the super-rich - and that increased home ownership is fundamentally good for New York City and its residents.
