I represent several agile user groups in South Florida.

We are in the process of establishing an agile user conference in Miami which focuses on High Performing Teams.

 History: 2 years ago a group of agile evangelists living in south Florida decided to start an agile user group.  We have met regularly every month for over a year.  Some meetings have had over 60 members attending onsite.  We have alternated hosting location to include South Miami, Miami, and Broward.  We have over 200 registered members throughout South Florida.

Our meetings have had so much success that we feel it’s time to go to the next level by having a user conference.
